Welcome to PossAbilities Network

Anxiety Therapy for Adults, Children, Young People & Parents in Northern Ireland

At PossAbilities Network, we specialise in helping adults, children, young people and parents break free from the cycle of anxiety, overwhelm and overthinking. With over 35 years’ clinical experience, our qualified and accredited therapists provide a safe, confidential, compassionate space to help you feel calmer, stronger and more connected.

Support for Anxiety, Overthinking & Emotional Regulation

We work with Generalised Anxiety (GAD), social anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, chronic worry, perfectionism and the impact of long‑term stress. Our approach is flexible and personalised — therapy is shaped around your goals, your pace and the methods that work best for you or your child.

Child & Youth Therapy (10+)

Young people today face intense pressures. We support anxiety, school stress, emotional regulation difficulties, low confidence, social challenges and family stress. Sessions blend talking therapy, creative approaches and practical coping strategies to help young people feel understood, grounded and more in control.

Adult Therapy

For adults, we offer specialist support for anxiety, panic, overthinking, perfectionism, depression, grief and trauma. Our strengths‑based approach focuses on ‘what’s right with you’, helping you build resilience, clarity and confidence.

Outcome‑Informed Therapy

We use internationally recognised feedback tools, including the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS), to ensure therapy is effective and moving in the direction you want it to.

In‑Person or Online Across Northern Ireland & the UK

We support clients from Craigavon, Lisburn, Armagh, Newry, Belfast and beyond. Sessions can take place in our therapy room at the Brownlow Community Hub, or online via Google Meet from anywhere across Ireland or the UK.

“Hope is not blind optimism. It's not ignoring the enormity of the task ahead or the roadblocks that stand in our path. It's not sitting on the sidelines or shirking from a fight. Hope is that thing inside us that insists, despite all evidence to the contrary, that something better awaits us if we have the courage to reach for it, and to work for it, and to fight for it. Hope is the belief that destiny will not be written for us, but by us, by the men and women who are not content to settle for the world as it is, who have the courage to remake the world as it should be.
